Cheeeeeeeesecake

Cheesecake is usually pretty plain.  Add some green tea extract and red bean paste…and here’s what you get! Cutting the sugar in half this time was a good idea, but I think the next version can be lighter in volume too (didn’t realize cream cheese was so dense!).
