Awesome! What’s the name of this place?!?! Was it all spring rolls, or were those just an appetizer? What else did you have here?

Pho So 1 is the name.
It’s www.yelp.com/biz/pho-so-1-las-vegas
I can’t find the menu online, but it’s like #80, where the grill comes out, they give you a plate of the raw meat to put on top. A bowl of hot water to dip the translucent skins into and a WHOLE PLATE of veggies to stuff your rolls with. Totally enough for 2/3 people if you also get appetizers. I think it was really fun to make your own. Totally worth it. I wonder if I can find that in the Bay Area….
Also make sure to order the Vietnamese Ice Coffee French style (the ones that drip). That’s the bomb…hits the spot every time.

Wow, that looks amazing. It is also after 10pm, Arlen’s at work, and I am hungry.
Did it taste as good as it looks?
