Tart (version 1)

Thanks for sending me this recipe Tim E.!  This is the ‘Baked Raspberry Tart’ from Cook’s Illustrated May, 2005.  Like Tim, I have followed Erik E.’s footsteps in becoming a Cook’s Illustrated fan!

Flavor-wise, it’s on the ‘tart‘ side, but I like it! =)
…hahah..no pun intended!


Cheeeeeeeesecake

Cheesecake is usually pretty plain.  Add some green tea extract and red bean paste…and here’s what you get!

Cutting the sugar in half this time was a good idea, but I think the next version can be lighter in volume too (didn’t realize cream cheese was so dense!).


You just keep on eating that popcorn!
